Debt Collection Reporting System

This project is a custom-built web application designed to digitize the debt collection reporting process for cooperative financial institutions. Developed using native PHP, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS, the system enables field officers to manage customer data, capture real-time photos, and record collection outcomes—all from a centralized dashboard. Each report can be exported as a PDF, complete with borrower details, visit photos, and collection notes, and shared instantly via WhatsApp Web. Key modules include borrower management, collection entry, historical tracking, user authentication (via PHPAuth), and real-time data filtering. The system is fully functional and optimized for daily use in the field.
